What is our Strategy?
Service – We are servicing all members of the community who approach our office with a legal matter in the areas of Family Law, Criminal Law, Contesting a Will, Civil Disputes and Litigation, Conveyancing, Immigration Law, and Wills and Estate Planning.
To ensure we provide the best level of service, and are attuned to opportunities to innovate, our solicitors are required to constantly learn their respective areas of law and become extremely well known for their specialised service and expertise.
Connectivity – We are building a bridge for our community and the law – providing greater access for justice for all in the community.
We will do this by being active members of the community, serving our community, giving back to the community in any way we can. This will help us build the reputation that even though we are lawyers during the day, outside of work we are simply humble residents in the community, who share similar sentiments to that of everyone in the community.
We are people very much alike to the average person, who can assist them in their everyday problems.
Agility – We will be agile in providing our legal services and will work our way around our legal matters using knowledge, experience and innovation.
This means we have to ensure we use technology both to our advantage, and that of our clients.
We must always be updating ourselves with any changes in the industry, and must put forth all our ideas in relation to growing the practice and implement new and creative ways to work more efficiently, and provide convenience to our clients.
We will use our time wisely when it comes to client files and firm operations. We will develop our skills in the right balance for achieving both our vision and Business Plan. We are all committed to tracking the investment of our time well so that we always know we are on track in applying our most valuable resources to our objectives.
Discipline – We will demonstrate discipline by ensuring that our mantra – an obsession with client satisfaction – is fulfilled on a daily basis.
